Happy St. Patty's Day Everyone!!!
4 cups milk (I used 2%... but whole is fine)
1/3 cup chocolate chips (I used semi-sweet or you can use milk chocolate or dark chocolate)
5-6 Andes mint chocolate
Garnishes: Whipped Cream and green sprinkles
Heat all ingredients on a gentle simmer on the stove. Once milk is warm and chocolate is melted, strain for a smooth hot chocolate. Pour into mugs and top with whipped Cream and Green sprinkles. Enjoy.
