Ingredients:
1 cup chopped (skinned and cored) apple
1/2 tsp all purpose flour
1 tsp butter
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp powdered sugar (or more to taste)
pinch of grated fresh nutmeg
tiny sprinkle of salt
few drops of lemon juice
3-4 nilla wafer cookies coarsely crumbled
scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream for garnish
Directions:
Skin, core and chop apple. Add all ingredients (except for cookies, or garnishes: whipped cream/ice cream) to microwave safe mug. Stir well.
Microwave for 2 minutes on high and taste. If desired microwave for another 30 seconds. Top with crumbled cookies and whipped cream and/or ice cream. Enjoy.
