ReplyDeleteThere are days when I miss my mom. Where we could still live in the same house and she would make me pancakes for breakfast. These look so good, plus they bring a whole other level of comfort as well.
ReplyDeleteThese look amazing. Love, love, and more love.
ReplyDeleteHappy Fall Ramona! I never know what to start with first, pumpkin or apples! But these apple pie pancakes look like they would have hit the spot for me! My son is coming home from school next weekend and I'm putting these on the weekend breakfast menu for sure! : )
ReplyDeleteNice! I definitely need to make apple toppings because when we buy apples it's always a lot at once. Until this time I never thought of apple compote. Terrific recipe for autumn morning!
ReplyDeleteI bet these were delicious. Great topping and I bet it would taste fabulous on some vanilla ice cream too, LOL. Have a wonderful week Ramona.
ReplyDeleteOh yummy. Thanks for the tasty post
