Wow, these are so creative...I adore both pineapple and avocado! I bet the avocado's smoothness made them more like ice cream bars than popsicles...mmmmmm.
ReplyDeleteI love avocados. The popsicles look great.
ReplyDeleteYou and I should go shopping together someday! We are both frugal shoppers - I love it! These popsicles look so creamy and tempting! I would love to try them. Thank you for sharing, sweet friend!
ReplyDeleteReally? I would have never thought of using Avocado, but it makes perfect sense! They are so cheap here in California, I am going to the grocery today! This is going to make a great summer treat!

Ramona these are some wild popsicles, I love it who would have thought to pair those ingredients. Avocado is a fruit pear. I am going to have to try these. Have a fabulous weekend my friend.
ReplyDeleteThis is definitely one of the most interesting combinations I've seen in the form of a popsicle.
ReplyDeleteLove the coconut milk with avocado... and they are so simple and easy to make. A must try! Now to head out and find those popsicle moulds. You so bring it every single time Ramona :-)
ReplyDeleteI wish I could have one or 2 right now! It’s great that you don’t use any eggs in this recipe. I’m always a bit scared working with “raw” eggs. I bet these were gone in no time!
ReplyDeleteWhat an interesting popsicle and one I would never ever have come up with. They look very pretty.
ReplyDeleteI really love these Popsicles!!! The avocado must make them so creamy!
ReplyDeleteNow that's creative! I've combined avocado and pineapple in a salsa, but never in a popsicle! I bet the avocado did make it creamy. Great treat! Would love to bite into one!
ReplyDeleteThis is so unique and I'd love to give this a try. I'm planning to make some popsicle and this sounds yum!
ReplyDeleteI love that your kids liked these! Avocado juice is very popular here, but I've been too chicken to try it. I just may buy some to make popsicles too. I love the crushed pineapple for a little texture too!
ReplyDeleteThis has your style written all over it. I'm stuck on only using avocados in a savory way and mostly as gauc. Good idea to put them in a popscicle.
ReplyDeleteI just made these and used the extra to make a smoothie just by adding some ice. I didn't add any sugar. Awesome Popsicles.
